@hongminhee Interesting, but what makes it different from any of the other single user AP software out there?

United States | News & Politics•Socialism is not even radical
26·1 year ago@Asafum @themeatbridge I think they do that as they might as well be non-existant considering the current winner take all method of assigning Electoral College votes in over forty states. Frankly, you might as well not bother to vote if’n you’re going to vote third party. Frankly I won’t take any third party seriously until they start caring about down ballot elections where they can make a difference, show people why they should be elected, and change the laws that keep them from being elected.

United States | News & Politics•OPINION: If your views don't align with either presidential candidate, vote for the one you'd rather protest against for the next 4 years.
1·1 year ago@jaaake I wish we had a serious realistic third party out there

United States | News & Politics•Liz Cheney endorses Harris for president
22·1 year ago@mctoasterson I agree with that, however her words carry great weight with Republicans, so this will likely help push more Republicans to vote for Harris

United States | News & Politics•Liz Cheney endorses Harris for president
91·1 year ago@return2ozma This is big news, for sensible Republicans (yeah, I know, oxymoron), she’s a big deal, so now things get really interesting me thinks.

United States | News & Politics•Kamala Harris Will Lose - Yasmin Nair
41·1 year ago@queermunist @chobeat Not sure that’s a big deal in this election, that election she was up against a loud mouthed television star that she didn’t think anyone would elect, this election, we know what’s coming, so you can largely bank on Democrats voting for her.
@deadsuperhero Craigslist for Fediverse?

United States | News & Politics•No, Kamala Harris Isn’t a Marxist
4·1 year ago@return2ozma Marxism, a term used by Republicans when Socialist just isn’t scary enough any more

22·1 year ago@TrippyFocus Honestly I don’t think she helped herself much, basically every ad I saw from her came off like old fashioned mud slinging, and I don’t think I saw a single ad that trumpeted her accomplishments.

United States | News & Politics•Starbucks sales tumble as customers reject high-priced coffee
2·1 year ago@yogthos My experience with Starbucks is over priced so-so coffee in an overly crowded store. I prefer to do St Louis Bread Co/Panera, the coffee isn’t all that much better, but it’s cheaper and since I drive for a living, I have a Sip Club membership, so most of my drinks are free. Oh, and the stores aren’t nearly so busy, plus my drinks are self serve, bring my own cup and it’s a quick in and out that’ll rival any convenience store.

@Whirlygirl9 @yogthos @lirleni Can tell you some fun student loan stories
