Since Microsoft is abandoning older hardware with Windows 11 and end of life with Windows 10 in 2025, I decided to install Mint along side with Windows a few days ago to definitely get use to it. So far I am liking it. It is a lot faster than Windows. My current laptop can run Windows 11, I just don’t want to go through all the hoops to get it running and turning off all the telemetry which I had to do with Windows 10.
