Adobe lightroom vs darktable. Don’t get me wrong, I still use darktable instead of lightroon, but my god, it is incredibly unstable and everything is just harder to do.

I would assume batteries. They generate excess solar energy during the day and store it in the batteries for night, but that’s just my thought process. No idea on what they actually do.

Ive been using this keyboard for around a year now, and compared to Swiftkey and gboard, I absolutely hate anysoftkeyboard with a passion. However, its the best FOSS alternative I’ve come across.

Also, my dogs name is Bowie, so whenever I type his name, the keyboard just starts spitting out David Bowie lyrics across the bottom of the keyboard, so thats kinda cool I guess.

It is aweful, and I wonder how things will progress from here.

Ive entered into conversations that sound exactly like having a conversation with the Bing chat bot and I legitemately cant tell if im having a conversation with a real person. Shit sucks man.

It’s just a flag. It has absolutely nothing to do with the civil war and doesnt have any hidden meaning. I didnt want a color flag because it would stand out.

I very much dislike trump, and in no way does the American flag represent him in my interpretation of it. For me, the flag just represents the sacrafice made by military members and the ability of the people to make meaningful changes to our country.

Im also understanding that the flag does not represent that to many people, and does represent an insitution of racism. I just hope those people understand that it doesn’t mean that to me.

From my understanding, they are most likely just blocking the defualt port of wireguard / openvpn and IPs associated with the VPN servers of VPN providers they dont like.

If they wanted to block VPN traffic over 443 to any IP, they would have to do deep packet inspection, which I would imagine is infeasible for Russia.

Supposedly, the Chinese great firewall does use deep packet inspection, so it is possible to do this at the country level.

My argument is that you shouldn’t fly military aircraft so close to a country in their ADIZ after stating you don’t believe they’re a country and that you will take them over with violent means if necessary.

The quoted text in your reply says that the jets crossed a half way point over the sea. They were not over mainland China.

OK, but these articles arent alerting on that type of traffic, only when military aircraft are flying near Thailand, so whats the significance of the ADIZ extending into China in this context?

Hello! I did the same thing, and this is my first post on my instance!

I just put it on an old computer with 8GB of RAM, a HDD, and an old i5. Its running great so far.

One disapointment for me is viewing “all”. Since im the only one on my instance, the only communities I see are the ones im subscribed to. Let me know if you find a way around this please!
