It’s ok if you disagree. SR is something that helps me and others have what we feel is a better lifestyle. As long as you are also doing what you feel is best for you then that’s good! I would be open to discussion / debate over DM if you’re interested, but no pressure at all.

It’s certainly not a miracle cure, but the general finding is that when our bodies are not ejaculating, they are not constantly needing to produce semen which is a very nutrient- and energy-intensive process. As a result, we have more consistent levels of energy and a more stable emotional state.

Well, it’s not something I generally talk about in person (although I know it’s likely seen as strange to most), but on Reddit there was enough of a following that there was not much ostracism, so this is a first for me. I was curious if the Lemmy reaction is more representative of the average person’s thoughts on the topic.

In my case, the page keeps spinning but the post is not submitted, regardless of reloading the page or waiting for a long time. There was one case where I cut down significantly on the amount of characters in the post and then it posted, but I have been unable to replicate this.

Same though, I feel this has given me the push I needed to quit Reddit entirely. I’d gotten control over pretty much all other social media so I honestly appreciate this in a way.

Thanks for creating! I’m shifting over to Lemmy as a result of the recent Reddit leadership issues. It’s good to get off Reddit anyway as it’s easy to waste time there. Good to have a backup spot besides Gangnam Style lol. Hoping this community grows further!

I like it this way much more. I never felt comfortable commenting on Reddit, but something about this basic, forum style makes me feel actually comfortable contributing to the conversation. It’s a new feeling but really nice! I’m thinking this will help me quit Reddit and spend less time on screens as well. I’m having a hard time figuring out instances etc and how to connect to them, I’m mostly just using this instance and its communities for now. I’m sure I’ll figure it out eventually
