I’m working on this, the subscription model has gotten so expensive now that literally everything uses it. Do you have any tips besides “just pirate everything”?
What great advice! I’ve been trying to avoid Amazon and pad out my physical collection, but used copies can be hard to come by in my area and buying new would be, well, my entire rent check.
Open supported links is on by default in Jerboa’s settings (at least it is in mine), it’s just getting overridden by Android 12. You need to manually approve each link, or else it automatically sends to your default browser.
I use Obsidian for just about everything related to writing. I like it because I can stash every little idea and scrap of scene I have about a WIP in one connected folder to rework and drop in on the fly. Plus, it’s cool to see the graph grow with a project.
A wiki for new users would be super helpful. It took me a couple of tries to even get to the account creation stage from a baseline of “not knowing anything about federated content”
