For the party of “small government”, they sure do love to expand the nanny state’s power over everyone’s personal lives. Why, one would almost think that the party that started pushing the “trans issue” months after one of its key components published the results of testing focus groups for the best way to re-criminalize gay marriage and distract from thier president’s largest actual policy action being adding four hundred billion a year to the national debt in the from of corporate tax cuts alone might just not be that concerned with the ideals they constantly shout.
Here’s to hoping that we can get a more permanent legislative solution nationwide instead of these inconsistent firefighting efforts, but I know that would require a legislature commited to more than obstructing everything they can.
