This is a hard question because people can have many “favorite” foods depending on what they “feel like” in the moment. As for “least favorite” would that be something that we have eaten and really didn’t like, or something that we have never actually eaten but are so repulsed by that we never even want to try it?
However for the sake of simplicity i will just pick a few that come to mind right off the top of my head.
Favorites: thai coconut curry, kim chi, gyros with zaziki, sarmale (romanian traditional dish)
Least favorites: boiled chicken, oysters/mussels/clams, innards (although tripe soup is ok)
Of course there are things that i would prefer not to eat if there is something better available, or certain foods that i don’t like raw or only in certain dishes but these are what i would call situational…Certain fruits, certain raw vegetables, certain types of meats or fish, etc.
It all depends on the dish. For instance i normally do not like raisins at all but i recently made a middle eastern dish with raisins and it was pretty good. I would have maybe preferred it without raisins but i still cleaned my plate.
In general i am not picky and will eat just about anything if it’s prepared well.
