    It’s about time for regulation to force things like this to be locked as soon as you turn on the engine.
    Force car-makers to display only a single screen with no swiping, scroll-bars, pop-ups or sub-menus while driving.

      This is clear, no Counter Strike while driving. Vivaldi only permits browsing with engine off, while driving only the basics, music, calls, maps, etc…
