      Basically, US is devaluing the dollar by printing money like there’s no tomorrow. Since the real economy is not recovering well and prices keep going up this is predicted to result in stagflation going forward.

        Overall its a good thing, because its a really short term solution. In the long run the dollar will suffer for this.

          Absolutely, this is just a knee jerk reaction to prop up the market and avoid immediate panic because US doesn’t really have any viable solutions to the problem.

        Oh, okay, I do research on the side whenever economics are brought up; I just have a hard time doing research on all the terms since it can be a hassle, never mind the concepts and stuff like that.
