I found this coin some years ago, the writing looks chinese and some coins in east asia also have the square in the middle.

    I would need quite a bit of time to translate all of the coin since I don’t really know much Chinese but a bit of Japanese, so I’m trying to find the hanzi by searching Japanese Kanji, but I would bet that it is some kind of charm rather than a currency, since it has those old kind of hanzi on the sides, it doesn’t have a currency symbol/hanzi or a number indicating its value, and I managed to translate 坤 which means “earth”, so you can bet it must be either a Buddhist charm or something Confucian related.

        Yeah, that is where I got the earth hanzi, I saw you posted it the other day, next time post it within the description of your post.

        Unfortunately I don’t know of a tool like Jisho (which is for Japanese) to search hanzi by using radicals so I can’t fully translate it but I know it is charm.
