jetomit managed to figure out how to boot a mainline Linux kernel on the Kobo Clara HD, an ereader from 2018. I'm running the Sxmo UI on it to test, most of the Sxmo UI is optimized for the PinePhone though so it's pretty hard to actually use a bunch of things. Mainly due to missing 2 of the 3 hardware input buttons.
