Here we show how the Teensy 4.1 can be configured to run at over 1GHz, giving a new lease of life to a slow running Arduino project.
Additional cooling is needed over 800Mhz to prevent thermal shutdown, and prolong the chips life.... being hot for too long reduces their functional lifespan. There are also configurable thermal alarms, and code configurable clock speeds, so you can run as fast or slow as you need, depending on load, temperature, and power considerations!
With so much power available, and additional PSRAM chips, audio and graphics add ons available this board has all the power you need.
You can even run games console emulators on it!!
