Legit I want these to make a half cheese half fish sausage corn dog. I saw those frozen and assembled at a Chinese grocer, but not the fish sausages themselves. I figured I might try it with Korean fish cakes cut into rectangular prisms, but I got lazy and used em normal on soups instead.
Hey, anyone know if these are still available? I’ve never seen em in stores but I’d deffo buy some fish hot dogs.
I’ve seen a lot of fish based sausages at the Asian markets… might be worth the gamble.
