To clarify, by foss you mean made with foss tools, shared with a foss license, or both?

Fair question. I meant made with FOSS tools. FOSS standing for “free open source software” and all, I figured it excluded libre licenses for art, but a clarification is in order, I phrased it weirdly. However, if somebody wishes to make their art copyright free, be my guest.
