      Yep, because their hearts are under more strain from pumping against the higher gravitational energy, the higher blood pressure from that also harms other organs like the lungs, kidneys, brain, etc, and the spine and joints are also overstressed which is bad for the spinal cord and increases the likelihood of back and joint pain. It sucks, for people who are naturally tall of course, if you’re spending fuck-you amounts of money on lengthening surgery, it’s hard to say you don’t deserve it.

      It’s exponential BTW, at the extreme end, a small height increase can be a lot more detrimental than it seems. People with gigantism (the real name for a disorder that makes you really tall) often tragically die in their 30s or 40s even if they’re healthy otherwise.
