Constructing a narrative. I fucking hope not, but it’s very easy to foresee a nuclear explosion or meltdown in the area in the future that is blamed on Russia using nuclear weapons. Very possible we could see a repeat of Assad’s “chemical weapons” fiasco, and this sort of shit as setting up the dominoes.

That statement is incomplete. What he actually said was: “Don’t use nuclear weapons. We’ll do it instead, and we don’t like it when there are consequences for our actions.”
