Ah, I think it figured it out. I think putting
feed:restricts the search results to feeds. However it doesn’t return the feed “for” a site. It returns feeds that mention the words. However even then it seems like it ignores half of the search terms and doesn’t find many existing feeds like Hacker News. But maybe that is just Bing for you.
