I’ll post a few other pictures in the comments, but yeah, this is the best I’ve been able to do with bonsai, this is actually not a tree but a succulent (Crassula ovata) which grows like a bush and can be used for beginners since it is really resistant to stress.

      I would recommend you to get a Protulacaria, which is very similar but it makes a better bonsai IMO since it is more similar to a tree than the crassula ovata since its leaves are thinner but resists stress just as well as the crassula ovata does.

    My partner has one of those, its beautiful and you’re right it does handle stress well, grows very easily indoors.

      Yes, succulents can generally handle almost everything you do to them. There is a really similar plant called Portulacaria that in my opinion makes a better bonsai since it is more similar to a tree than the crassula ovata since its leaves are thinner, both of them are always confused.
