If your being attacked in civilian areas your going to defend them. It’s absurd to blame Ukraine for making them military targets when they’ve been bombed and raped since the beginning.

A few months ago it was a war crime to criticise Ukraine in any way. Now Amnesty publishes this. The tide is turning. It looks like inflation has scared West and they are about to betray and abandon Ukraine.

Or maybe Amnesty is simply publishing the truth? Not everyone has an 12-inch agenda book

We live in a time when publishing the truth or going against the consensus can get you lynched.

      Alarmist and unfounded.

The US just sent 4 billion plus this week to Ukraine, ten percent of the cumulative US contribution since the war started.

      Pretty supportive.

I’m frankly shocked that anybody expected anything different. The west tried to use Ukraine as a sacrificial pawn to weaken Russia. The interests of the Ukrainian people were never part of the equation here.

Listen guys I understand why this post and comments are getting downvoted. Russia agressed ukraine and it is normal for the country and its inhabitants to battle for their land and lifes. But again, there is no good or bad side in any war. Articles criticizing ukrainian war tactics shouldn’t be expected to be welcomed in an ukrainian sub. But we should all be capable of analyzing situations from external points of view. Please don’t downvote me into oblivion… I understand the severity of the situation and I am not siding with Russia here. No one is acussing anyone of anything.

“there’s no good or bad side in any war”

Third Reich/Allied powers. Go ahead. Take a poll.

If you don’t want to be downvoted, maybe don’t say stupid shit like “there is no good or bad side in any war” while talking about a war with clear good and bad sides

Some people might say “The ends justify the means” to defend Ukraine’s use of civilian areas for defense, but Russia isn’t exactly 100% at fault for war crimes when they have legitimate intel that Ukraine is launching missiles from school yards.

It reminds me of a video I saw from early in the war where a Ukrainian civilian van was throwing molotov cocktails as it passed by a Russian tank. Like… I empathize with the situation, but you’re 100% giving Russians a reason to fear for their lives against plain clothed civilians.

Russia is 100% at fault for invading a sovereign nation in the first place.

They can fuck right off and deserve every war crime punishment coming their way.
