WTF, that is an actual Pokémon. I thought this was a badly made up joke Pokémon, but no, it’s actually real. I know, ranting about newer-gen Pokémon is pretty much a meme, but jeez, what a shitty design. Literally a penguin with an ice cube for its head.

The Noice face looks like the reddit Snoo had a baby with Tux, only worse.
