He believes the fairly elected government, consisting of more or less the same parties that have been creating this problem for decades, should step in and fix it.

Ah yes,the good old “vote the fascism away”. I’m sure Hitler would’ve just given up if the people voted for him to go away. This is the ultimate way to fix fascism and corruption forever.

So he wants to put stickers on lampposts.

And clearly the stickers would’ve scared Hitler so much that he would’ve been forced to follow the will of the people. Wow, this person just solved all of the world’s problems with stickers and voting.
