Will there maybe be a better Admin Menu in the future?

In which file/folder I can edit the Main Categories? For example there is a main cat named porn. But I don’t want Porn on my site.

Where can I edit, that Admin have no 3600 interval length. I have just started with my community and cannot build it up because I always have a post lock.

Where can I edit to show always all Posts on the Frontpage for every Visitor and not only the subs. If the Users wanna see the Subs they have to click on it.

Guess I will ask more the next hours/days :)
