Chinese has something similar.

万 (wàn) is 10,000, ten thousand, then it goes up to ten wàn, hundred wàn, thousand wàn.

亿 (yì) is 100,000,000, a hundred million, or a wàn of wàn. Same thing with adding factors as above up to wàn yì.

There are others after that, but they’re not very commonly used because applying factors to yì can already get you into the trillions.
