Basically what the title says.

I think that having discussions of the new chapters of currently publishing manga would help grow the community, or at least make it more active than what it currently is. Discussion of new releases is the best part of the anime/manga community, IMO.

Is this allowed by the rules?

I can try to keep up (maybe within a day of the chapter releasing) with opening posts for the most popular releases. :)

Also, please let me know if this kind of post is allowed in here or not.

    Late to the party, but I think that it would indeed be great to spark some activity in here !
    Maybe systematically posting about new chapters of every ongoing manga would be spammy. A good start would be to have one post by ongoing manga, then discussion about the few that will spark the commu’s interest. If there’s too many of them, maybe the most popular ones can get their own communities eventually
