While I don’t think you have to be the next Schwarzenegger, I do think it’s good praxis to stay fit in a way that suits you. Make sure you have ay least a physical base that you can build upon. Run a 5k, for example. Make sure you can lift a little heavier stuff. Make sure your diet is healthy, varied and nutritious if you can.
