    He could’ve used that instead to gauge whether his workforce is happy, and then try to change things if it turns out they want to leave. It wouldn’t be the right way to do it, but at least it would show some leadership. Instead, he’s just a complete douchebag that has no empathy for his workers, and expects undying loyalty.

    I am going to need a translation, my sprinkle sized brain cannot comprehend this lunacy.

    Cabin? Founder? Fired before even being hired? wtf is going on?

    edit: decided to look it up on LinkedIn. My understanding is that he’s roleplaying external HR reaching out to his own employee, and upon finding out that they aren’t loyal, he reveals he’s actually the founder/owner and fired them. “Step into my cabin” must be some Hindi saying, perhaps?

    Anyway, still a lunatic.

      That they either engage or condone the practice of impersonating external HR representitives to check if their own employees are looking at jobs and firing the ones that do.
