Hi. I’m looking for a decent replacement to Apple Music. It’d be great if it had a streaming service/store that I can buy or stream music from, as well as be able to play local music on my computer. Are there any good alternatives/replacements?

Look into funkwhale for streaming, I haven’t used it myself but am planning to spin up an instance for my music library at some point.
Funkwhale is a federated music hosting platform.
For playing local files, Auxio on Android and Gapless on Linux is good, Outertune for Android lets you stream and download music from YouTube music, and Tubular for Linux, configured correctly, allows you to download music from YouTube music, provided with the link.
