Yeah, this has been one of my greatest fears foa a while now

The only hope I have that the ruling class doesn’t do some shit like this woukd be if China develops the anti-nuke tech that was used as a plot device in Gundam SEED to explain why wars are fought with giant mecha

It may have been an extremely mid Gundam series but it’s also my only hope
