    Fennec is a great project but it doesn’t have as many privacy-oriented changes as Mull had. For a true successor, I’d recommend the Mull fork IronFox. You can use this gitlab link to download via Obtanium!

      They have an f-droid repository, so if you already have f-droid but not Obtainium you can download via that.

      You can harden it fairly easily. Just enable Resist fingerprinting, set security settings to strict and install ublock.

      I imagine they just want to recommend something already on F-Droid, and, I also imagine the IronFox people will start releasing on F-Droid directly soon vs having a added repo. But, adding the repo is not hard.

      Droidify is a client of F-Droid, I wouldn’t say either is better, it’s preference.
