I just saw that! At the time I was making my comment I thought, “or they add federal charges,” but I didn’t think it was going to happen. Shows how useless it is to outlaw the death penalty on the state level when the federal government can selectively apply the death penalty in state level cases.
Wont be surprised if he ends up executed. Can only hope that people learn something from this
The death penalty is outlawed in New York, isn’t it? Not that he can’t have an “accident” or some shit in prison.
