    A tariff line is a product that is defined by a system of tariff code numbers. Countries use tariff lines to classify products for customs purposes.

    so my best guess is it means all product groups currently tariffed at 100% will now be 0%

    EDIT: looks like it’s 100% of products, not those with 100% tariffs. wow
