    I bet they do, but the only thing Russia is willing to accept is complete surrender.

    That’s not really a negotiation, is it?

      Russia was willing to negotiate two months into the war, when all they were asking for was for Ukraine to be neutral and to implement Minsk. Then the west sabotaged those negotiations, and now Russia won the war, so yeah they’re going to dictate terms.

        I’ll say it one more time: demanding complete surrender is not a negotiation.
