Its not, learn what imperialism is. What russian oligarchs control all of Moldovas companies, natural resources and imports and exports? None, thats the west.
Russia owns all of Moldova’s gas imports and has used this to increase prices for profit.
Owning all gas imports isnt owning all companies and natural resources of a country, which is what imperialism is. Imperialism is the export of capital, not of commodities like gas. Russia exports mainly commodities, which is why its not imperialist, it hasnt reached that stage of capitalist development yet. Or are you saying that the EU is being imperialized by Russia because they depend on russian gas? Lol
