To turn opt out of this (and you absolutely should), log into your PayPal account and then go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Manage shared info > Personalized shopping.
I have personal and business PayPal accounts, and don’t even see those privacy options in either one.
Are these privacy concerns only seen in certain countries?
I’m in the US, and I saw the setting. Unsurprisingly.
Yeah I checked - Aussie and I don’t see it in PayPal
GDPR and the like! Europe is trying to protect us and evidently something is working!
Especially do it for 23andMe because they’re going out of business and will just be doing it to increase the sale price

The whole board (except CEO) resigned last month because they couldn’t agree in a buyout option
