Don’t think this needs to be said but obviously the Ukrainian government would never care about a petition, this is for publicity.

Soviets should’ve signed a petition for Hitler to move his armies out of the country in 1941. Would have had the same effect as this one.
Its about narrative, most westerners have no idea Ukraine is banning opposing political parties.
How is petition going to change that?
