I remember Ukraine getting all angry, and claiming that Givi cutting the insignia off one of their soldier’s uniforms, and shoving it in the soldier’s mouth is literally a war crime.

Now, I think calling this a war crime is dumb as hell, but is it actually true? Is doing that actually considered a war crime by any international agreement?
