Unfortunately, in this case the “source” is the Wikipedia page’s history log. It happens fairly often.

• Someone changes the map to reflect photographic and video evidence, and occasionally the statement from the mayor
• Someone higher classed than them changes it back, citing the Ukrainian government’s claim
