Carlos Latuff has been drawing cartoons like since 1990, but most are in Brazilian Portuguese. I think he lived in Iran and Egypt for some time and returned recently to Brazil, since he is also a supporter of Lula da Silva.
Got introduced to those cartoons way back in high school from my high school geography teacher who’d put one in every other lesson. 🫡 to the all the based teachers out there who get their students to despise the US.
