Fortunately there are enough different regional barbeque styles that I can say I disagree firmly, and that every type of barbeque except the one I grew up with is invalid even if it is still delicious. Texas barbecue is unmatched. I’ll rag on it all day but damn nowhere else really touches the same quality

Lol yeah that’s how it goes. I went to a place in Austin that did cauliflower burnt ends so hopefully more vegan options keep coming to barbecue.
Ooh damn that does sound good. I’ve had some really good pulled jackfruit at restaurants before too, but it was hard to recreate at home
