What does it mean? I’ve logged out and in, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried using the website on my PC. Funny how it works for a screenshot but not a picture from my camera roll.

Its likely the file size of the image. There is an upload size limit (can be configured by the instance admins) and cameras generally output large images. Try compressing the image a bit and see if that helps.
