Didn’t we have lebensraum when it was the era of ? That ended a while back and we’re just watching the dial labelled “cool zone” go up.
given the extreme inflation of property valuations in burgerland, it still essentially is like that in most of the country, it just turns out that urban organization of human society is by far the most important for industrial society. so despite having “free real estate” the whole time, the contradictions of capital prevent that from working out as predicted.
Easy solution there is just recommended people spend more on housing
This is definitely what they will do rather than fix the actual problem.

lol@ expert recommendation to never pay more than 28% of your salary on housing expenses. That shit flew out the window years ago and it’s been practically impossible in NYC for at least 20 years.
