Distaste for MR aside, what do you think the odds are that the state department releasing this information is either a threat, or an attempt to get out infront of the news about one of their Nazi deathssquads in Kiev getting a little rambunctious?
NATO’s been crying that Russia would invade Ukraine “this coming winter” since the civil war started. They’ve said every possible thing about this. “Russia didn’t attack when we said, because they’re unprepared” “Russia didn’t attack because they know we’ll bomb them” ETC. But, the only reason Russia’s armed forces are on their western border, is because NATO keeps meddling in the affairs of the countries in Russia’s sphere of influence.
It’s highly likely the CIA instigated the civil war in Ukraine, NATO recently tried to cause a colour revolution in Belarus. NATO keeps holding military exercises in Latvia only miles from the border with Russia. Anything western media has to say about Russia’s troops being on their border is pure Russophobic hogwash, plain and simple.
Russia wouldn’t gain anything from invading Ukraine and going to war with NATO. But, on the flipside, NATO has Russia’s oil reserves, rare mineral mines, and aluminium plants to gain. What people need to understand, is that Russia is a major supplier of Europe’s oil, the pipeline the oil is transported by goes right through Ukraine and Belarus. (picture provided)
This posturing is entirely the “US invades any country with oil” meme, but in real life. NATO doesn’t want peace, or “democracy” from Russia, they want Russia’s resources.
I didn’t watch more than a minute or so of the video, so I don’t know what the claims of ‘genocide’ are, so I won’t comment on that. But discourse on Ukraine is ramping up, more now than ever, and people (specifically so-called “anti-imperialists”) really need to understand why NATO cares so much about Ukraine right now.
