I moved to Mastodon months ago, and I tried over and over to get my closest followers to follow me over and most of them continue to stay there. Happy to say I finally deleted my Twitter account, but I can’t imagine the level of addiction you’ve got to be on in order to sit through this.

Addiction is exactly the problem, and as with such people will get aggressive when you touch on it, which makes it much more complicated to defuse. Good thing we got capitalists willingness to self sabota- “optimse” their services on our side.

Twitter is firing off about 10 requests a second to itself to try and fetch content that never arrives because Elon’s latest genius innovation is to block people from being able to read Twitter without logging in.

    I just love that!
