Ignoring the Courts is called LAW AND ORDER!
Freedom and democracy means ignoring rulings and stripping people of rights. Makes sense to me.
If there are no consequences then they have no reason to listen to the courts. It’s why sates are just ignoring higher courts now because like… the fuck the courts gonna do about it?
I want to see a federal bill that states anyone who has sought to remove the rights of others (whether through lawful or political means) shall have their own rights taken away. Enough of these BS claims from politicians that they are merely pursuing the wishes of their constituents, there needs to be severe consequences for trying to trample on other people.
You want other people to experience dysphoria against their will? Well the 8th amendment says neither of us can do that to people unfortunately
