I’m pretty sure there are western ports that have been fully automated for a while, like Hamburg for example? But entirely sure what AI has to do with this though…
Western ports are nowhere close to being entirely automated, meanwhile it’s pretty obvious what AI has to do with things like building autonomous robots.
