    Then have nuclear weapon deployment forbidden in Ukraine as part of a peace treaty? That isn’t a complex problem to solve. The Baltic NATO countries already follow a no-nukes policy. Russia always seems to equate NATO membership with inevitable nuclear silos, but that’s doesn’t hold up to even the slightest scrutiny. Quite the opposite. While there are NATO countries in Europe with nuclear weapons, none border Russia.
