I’m really looking forward to receiving this board! I’m pretty hooked on using trackpoint, and have the earlier Shinobi from TEX, which I really like (with U4Ts and keycaps I carved in to fit around the trackpoint).

The Shura seems like a nice upgrade. I’m really looking forward to the split spacebar! I’ve started using space as a layer modifier if held, and I really dog using my right thumb for that.

Plus, as an ISO user, I’m glad it supports both ISO and ANSI. Then I can practice ANSI on my daily at some point.

Cool! I’m a big fan of the trackpoint having used it in several ThinkPads, it would be cool to have available at the desktop too

The implementation on the Shinobi is excellent! Very smooth, perfect scrolling, and pointer speed can be adjusted directly on the keyboard. I’m sure the Shura will be as nice.

I assume you have got it by now? I certainly hope so! xD

    Have you been enjoying it?

I’m considering buying a Shinobi - I’m inclined towards having dedicated function keys - so I’d love to know what you think about the Shura compared to the Shinobi.

I really enjoy the split spacebars. I use those for layers: hold for a navigation layer on one, for some UI and function keys on the other. With the remapping software Keyd. If the split spacebars are not a thing for you, then I’m inclined to think the Shinobi is nicer, given the palmrest and sound profile.
