minus-squareleanleftlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up2·edit-29 months agoi did a bit of searching: crucial keywords: clinical and “medical necessity” [in this case…] on reddit in /r/radiology added: other relevant keywords might be… for /r/askdocs would be: mri cost ordered heres what i found: https://www.reddit.com/r/Radiology/comments/52zz0d/not_lazy_its_just_a_matter_of_principle/ but in the process of searching i , at least, saw that there are cases where clinical mri can probably be really essential(excluding missed diagnosis). i also found this: https://web.archive.org/web/20211222131242/https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/964856 but i suspect it may be sponsored. (2022) it gives hope to what otherwise seems to be out of sight.
