Since Ubuntu Touch relies on a Android Kernel transition layer it currently AFAIK only supports devices that shipped with Android 11. I think the Fairphone4 is fairly new and supported.
There is work ongoing to support devices shipped with Android 13 I think, and Fairphone 5 support is being worked on as well.
