    Feodosia is also the name of municipality, but so is Kerch and the bridge connects to Kerch city and municipality, not Feodosia.

    Maybe the emergency can be linked it rather to the plans of German-Ukrainian attack on the bridge, though if the article is correct, then potential sabotage in Fedosia which lies fairly close is also a valid reason or at least sign that there are saboteurs in the area, since that bridge is 1000 times more important target than some minor fuel depot.

      Ah ok, that makes more sense. It does look like there is only a single highway linking the town of Feodosia to Kerch, so a blockage along that route would be annoying to the Russians, though obviously not as catastrophic as an attack on the Kerch Bridge itself.
